- New people bringing their gifts and talents.
- Fund-raising expectations are being exceeded.
- Unexpected large financial gifts.
- God’s favor with county officials and title company.
- God’s favor with contractors.
- Good well-water quantity and quality.
Funding plan…
- Starting this process owning the land debt free.
- Faith commitments from the congregation.
- Pay as we go, using the lender as little as possible.
Where we stand…
- Building permit was issued on Easter weekend 2025.
- Class A well and power pole is installed
- Building is framed, roofed and dried-in.
- Concrete flat-work and paved parking lot are in.
- Siding, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC are being installed.
